Dr. Iqbal Yasin, a graduate of 1992 from Allama Iqbal Medical College, a prestigious institution of Pakistan in the context of its versatile graduates and leadership impact factors. Dr. Iqbal took his way for internship and residency in Medicine and higher training in Emergency Medicine at The Aga Khan University, which was chartered in 1983, is a leading Healthcare teaching, training and academic institution of excellence, hub of research and social sciences. The Aga Khan University Hospital is a model of academic excellence and social change. He spent 12 years in The Aga Khan University Hospital.
Dr. Iqbal has been in KSA for more than 2 decades, served the Health Services in different positions and roles in Ministry of National Guards Health Affairs and Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. His journey spanned over his roles from frontline provider to strategic, tactical and operational tasks and rolling out multiple healthcare projects, not excluding Preparedness & Readiness on Hospital Accreditations, Patient Experience Program, Hospital based Disaster Response Plan with integrations into Public Health, Medication Safety Program with Accredited Courses, Medical Record based HIS Documentation compliance, ED Operations organization, Patient Flow Management, Training, Orientation and Education Modules for Providers, Health Services Planning for Hospitals and enter of Excellence Models and Healthcare Policy Analysis with Performance Reports.
Dr. Iqbal Yasin, being the proven Change Agent and Transformation lead, has an exceptional capability to work with cross-functional teams, think-tank and enablers. He believes in translating into practice value-based care models, amidst advent of leading technologies and use of data and information flow.
